Terms & Conditions Plus Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about hypnotherapy or MP3 downloads? Here you’ll find simple answers on how my online sessions and recordings can help you feel calmer, sleep better, and make lasting changes — wherever you are in the world.

1. What’s the difference between personal online hypnotherapy and downloadable MP3s?

Personal sessions are one-to-one and focused entirely on you. You meet with me directly via Zoom or Teams, and together we target the changes you want most.

MP3 downloads are guided recordings you can use anytime, anywhere — ideal for managing stress, sleep, cravings, or focus on your own schedule.

Both approaches are powerful. It depends on your lifestyle and the level of support you want.

2. How often should I listen to a hypnotherapy MP3?

For the best results, I recommend listening once or twice daily for at least7- 14 days. Many clients find a routine — like morning and evening — helps the mind absorb suggestions more deeply and naturally.

3. Can I use these recordings while driving or working?

No — hypnotherapy recordings are designed to relax your mind and may make you drowsy. Only listen when you’re in a safe place where you can close your eyes, sit or lie down, and fully unwind.

4. I have epilepsy — can I still use hypnosis?

If you have epilepsy or have been advised to avoid flashing lights, audio beats, or guided trancework, please speak with your medical provider before using any hypnotherapy — including MP3s. Your safety always comes first.

5. What if I fall asleep during a recording?

It’s absolutely fine — many people do! Your subconscious is still listening, and over time the suggestions will still take effect. That said, you may get even more benefit by staying awake but deeply relaxed during the session.

6. I’m not great at visualising — will hypnotherapy still work for me?

Yes. Whether your mind works best with images, sounds, or feelings, hypnotherapy can still guide you into a calmer, clearer state. You don’t need a vivid imagination — just an open mind and a quiet space.

7. Can I have hypnotherapy if I have a diagnosed mental health condition?

It depends. Many people with anxiety, stress, or mood-related symptoms benefit greatly from hypnotherapy. But if you’ve been diagnosed with a serious psychiatric condition or are under medical care, please check with your doctor before starting.

You’re welcome to contact me first, and we can talk through what’s appropriate and safe.

8. What happens if I get interrupted during a live online session?

No problem — we simply pause and resume when you're ready. If something unavoidable happens, I’ll guide you gently back into the session so you don’t miss out. Your comfort is always my priority.

9. What if I want a custom recording made just for me?

You have two simple options:

Silver Option: Fill out a short form telling me what you’d like help with — I’ll create a bespoke MP3 based on your goals and send it directly to your inbox.

Gold Option: We meet face-to-face online first, then I craft a deeply tailored recording based on your session, tone, and specific needs.

Both options give you a powerful tool you can use again and again.

10. Do you offer refunds on downloads?

Because MP3s are digital files and instantly delivered, we can’t offer refunds. However, if you ever have issues downloading or accessing your purchase, just get in touch and we’ll make sure you receive it smoothly.

11. Will hypnotherapy definitely work for me?

Hypnotherapy works best when you’re ready for change and open to the process. Many clients notice shifts after just one or two listens, while others build change gradually over time. It’s not magic — it’s mindset coaching at the subconscious level.

Your mind is more powerful than you think. I’m here to help you unlock it.
